"10 Tips For Quick Weight Loss Diet"

Here are ten tips that will help you lose that weight quickly, with or without exercise!

Tip 1) Your going to be surprised but don't take foods off your diet. Focus on what you can add to your diet first. Make sure your getting the full food pyramid before you start getting rid of foods.

Tip 2) Your stomach is the size of your first, so you don't need too much food. Make sure your really hungry when you think you are, and that it isn't some other impulse. These things get cross-referenced way to much.

Tip 3) Switch up at least one cup of starch a day for vegetables. I shouldn't have to explain, just do it.

Tip 4) Protein at every meal, it isn't just for gaining muscle. It actually makes your muscles leaner or skinnier .

Tip 5) Try to change your 3 meals a day to 6-8 mini-meals a day. This is actually a much healthier plan for your stomach and body.

Need a break? Should I keep going... alright follow along now...

Tip 6) Don't eat at night. Try to eat just about nothing after 6:00. Too many people relax at night with a bag of chips and just put on that fat.

Tip 7) Drink plenty of water. Few people drink as much water as they really should.

Tip 8) Buy a scale and weigh yourself at the same time every morning. Be sure to set an 'estimate' goal and not an exact number. You want to weigh under 125 not 123, it will help reduce stress trust me.

Tip 9) Tell only supportive people your dieting. Non-supportive people are too stressfull, but supportive ones should help you stay focused.

Tip 10) Research research research, the more you learn the easier it will be.

These are ten really good tips, and I hope they work for you.
